Weekend Shopping Travel & Giveaway

Hi friend! Thanks for joining me here today! I have something fun planned and I will tell you about it later in the post!

IT’S THE LAST DAY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY! DETAILS LATER IN THE POST!

For now, I wanted to share this pretty flower with you! I have a small allium patch near our pond just off our back patio. The blooms are just starting to form like you saw in my email and some are beginning to open, like the one you see below! Soon they will be pretty spheres of tiny blooms.

Our gardens are blooming and I am loving it! I’ve cut my salvia back once and they are on their second bloom. My peonies only had three blooms this year so that is sad. The cutting garden is growing with zinnias, coneflower, yarrow, and more. The roses are bursting in gorgeous color. And I’m going to cut a bunch of lavender this weekend!

I could go on and on! I love to garden. Spending time outside is such a blessing! Look closely at the allium bloom and you will see a little friend enjoying the garden too!

In the meantime, I’ve been gathering my things together to fly halfway across the country! I’ll be using some of the regular traveling supplies and I thought I would share them with you here.

the fun surprise!

Ok, now for the fun surprise! If you don’t know yet, I started a Facebook group for those who wanted to share their projects with me. There wasn’t a great way to share photos online, so a Facebook group seemed to be the best option.

Well, low and behold, the group took off! In just a couple of months, we have 1000 members! People are sharing their finished makeovers, asking for ideas for their projects, and getting inspired by one another!

To celebrate, I am hosting a giveaway! The winner will receive supplies for a project of their choice using the supplies you see below! A transfer, 16oz of Silk Mineral Paint in Cactus, and a paintbrush – totaling about $70 in prizes!
