Weekend Shopping with My Friends Snow Day

Brrrrr!! Has it been cold in your neck of the woods?

It is faaa…reeeezing here! The temps have been in the teens!

And we have had snow! I love a beautiful winter snow. Probably because we don’t get a ton of snow every year.

I’m enjoying what we do have!

Saturday shopping

With the cold temps and snow on the ground, I’ve been shopping! Isn’t online shopping great especially when you are stuck at home? I’m not a huge shopper but I do enjoy browsing Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart. I picked up some new things and I’m sharing them with you!

Some of my blogging friends and I get together and share our recent finds while shopping online too!

You can check the links below for our faves and be sure to pop over to visit their blogs. Each of these ladies has a beautiful vintage-loving and repurposing style like you and I do. I’m sure you will enjoy reading their posts!

Reinvented Delaware – Cindy

South House Designs – Diane

New year, new beginning, new outlook. And as I am finishing tucking away all the holiday finery, I’m looking at our home with fresh eyes. And there are some specific spots that need (and deserve) some help!

Living Large in a Small House – Lynn

These are the things that I have in My Cart This Week

  • I found these fun heart ice cube trays at William Sonoma and thought that the heart alone or maybe a fruit-flavored heart ice cube could elevate any drink for Valentine’s Day.
  • This pink etched glassware has been something I’ve loved for some time now. How pretty would it be on a Valentine’s Day Tablescape?
  • While I’m not sure “Handy” would appreciate it, it might be fun to have a frilly romantic duvet for our bed. It would transition well into the spring and even the summer.
  • Another thing that can transition well from Valentine’s Day into spring is faux tulips. They make them so real-looking and they can be used longer than real.

Until next time…
