Shop for a thrifted piece of furniture. I found a flip chair/step stool for only $20
at my local thrift store.
Thoroughly clean the piece with Dixie Belle White Lightning. Next apply beeswax in the areas you want the paint to looked chipped.
Choose the color of Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral paint that will coordinate with your room and apply the first coat.
After second coat of paint is dried, scrape off paint in areas where the beeswax was applied.
Use a shop vac to clean up the paint flakes. Then apply a thin coat of
Dixie Belle Best Dang Wax with a wax brush.
Enjoy your finished piece of furniture in this layered chippy paint finish! My step stool will come in handy in our laurnry toom and kitchen
