Weekly Thrifting Tip
Don’t be afraid to check out the clothing!
I realize we mostly chat about home decor, upcycling projects and decorating, with an occasional recipe here on my blog. Fashion is not my thing by any means!
But we all need to wear clothes, don’t we? 🤪 That’s why I’m not afraid to check out the clothing department when I am thrifting, yard sale-ing, or even when I am at an auction.
Last summer I found an LL Bean Canvas jacket in my size in mint condition! It was free because it was in a box lot with something else I had purchased!
Then recently while out thrifting, I found an adorable Chaps brand grey and white sweater. It is so cozy! I threw it in the washer and laid it out to dry. Now it’s one of my faves and it only cost about $3!
