All Things Vintage | IGTV with Anna
Last weekend, my friend Anna (from Skylark House) and I decided to host an Instagram Live discussing all things vintage.
Well, not ALL the things – but as much as we could squeeze into 15 minutes!

We both let our followers know about the conversation a few days in advance and several showed up for the Live and even more for the IGTV that we saved to our Instagram accounts.
We introduced ourselves and then we dove into our conversation. I won’t tell you everything we discussed, but I will mention that we showed off some of our favorite types of projects.

Anna shared a reupholstered chair that she had recently worked on. You have to go see it!
She used an original feed-sack on the back and it is so gorgeous! Go check out the back of this chair! It’s so pretty!
fave projects | Cindy
I shared one of our favorite projects – vintage toolboxes that we repurpose for farmhouse storage.
Our local customers have loved the upcycled toolboxes and it’s a good thing because we love finding and reinventing them!
This vintage toolbox didn’t have a lid like many of the boxes we find.
No lid?? No problem! Grab a reclaimed section of picket fencing and make one! Add a spray painted drawer pull and you’ve got a lid!
No hinge?? No problem! Again, we use what we have on hand including scraps of leather! They make unique hinges, don’t you think?
