All Things Vintage #18

Welcome to All Things Vintage where I share some of the projects and activities going on here at Reinvented Delaware.

cold temps in Delaware

We have had some very cold weather in Delaware lately! And snow. The last few weekends we have had snow!

More is expected this weekend – anywhere from 8-12″! Hubby is filling our wood box right now so we will have plenty of wood for the fireplace. I’ll be inside staying warm and cozy and cooking a batch of homemade chicken noodle soup.

And I will be painting. One of my room refresh projects for January has been to paint my kitchen cabinets. I painted them about 10 years ago and it’s time for a fresh coat.

I’m using the Silk All-in-One Paint from Dixie Belle in Saltwater. So far the color is amazing! I will share the project here when it is finished.

Cold weather doesn’t stop us from projects! At least if it is something I can do inside ๐Ÿ˜‰

Here are some of the projects I have worked on. Just click the image to head over to the post!

PAINTED FRAME FOR OUR NEW TV

Help Me Decide a Color!

Over on Instagram, I have been sharing about our new Frame TV. Hubby and I gave it to each other for Christmas. He built a frame for it and I need to paint it! Watch this Instagram Reel and help me decide on a color!

If you are interested in making an easy apron to use in the kitchen or out in the garden when spring comes, then you will want to watch this video.

It’s soooo easy to make and costs practically nothing if you use a dropcloth!

blog posts from the web

I came across some fun finds across the web this week. Check out the links below and tell them Cindy sent ya’!

hard-working bloggers

Remember that each post I have linked above represents a hard-working female blogger who is answering the questions her readers have. She is solving their problems, she is bringing joy to their lives, and helping them along in their own journey of crafting, decorating, cooking, organizing, and even coming up with new ways to give a Christmas gift!

Thanks to Kim, Lynn, Karianne, Anna, Stacey, Kristi, and Diane. You ladies rock the web!
